I had a fantastic experience on the Kochi tuk-tuk tour, which was far more than just sightseeing and turned out to be truly informative, culturally engaging, and immersive. Exploring the city by tuk-tuk offered a wonderful sense of everyday life in Kochi, and our guide, Biju, made the experience exceptional with his warmth, consideration, and deep knowledge of local history, culture, and traditions. He was attentive, flexible, and happy to answer questions, sharing insights you would never discover on your own. Our driver Freddy was amazing! We did a 3-4 rickshaw tour and saw a big chunk of the city. Freddy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. we learned a lot. We only have one full day in Kochi and it was a great way to see the city.

This food tour is a great way to spend an evening in Kochi. Biju is a brilliant guide and he took us to a lot of local spots that we never would have known about otherwise. We had a fantastic time with Biju on our food tour! He took us to places we never would have gone on our own, and handled all of the ordering, so we could really relax and enjoy the experience. All of the food was delicious and Biju was a great tour guide, teaching us about the history and culture of Kochi and even some phrases in Malayalam! Biju really went above and beyond and even took us to see a Hindu temple since there was a festival happening. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Bijou Tour and I can’t recommend them enough! We rented three tuk-tuks from them for our trip, and the drivers were truly one of the highlights of our entire time here.

From the very beginning, the guys treated us like family — kind, attentive, patient, and always smiling. They didn’t just drive us around; they stayed with us, waited without rushing, guided us gently through every stop, and made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. They constantly checked on us, counted the group so no one was left behind, and explained things along the way with genuine care.

What impressed us most was how much they went above and beyond without being asked. They surprised us with special moments we would have never found on our own — like taking us to see the elephants at the temple as a spontaneous gift, not because we requested it. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare.

They were incredibly generous too: they, bought us bananas, and kept doing small, warm gestures all day long — honestly, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to make us happy. Everything felt natural, sincere, and from the heart.

A huge thank you to Kumar and Thouseef (the two names we know) — they were outstanding — but truly all three drivers were fantastic. And we also want to say a special thank you to the company director, who was extraordinary: professional, supportive, and genuinely caring about our experience. You can really feel the high standards and good spirit of the whole team.

Because of Bijou Tour, our day wasn’t just good — it was memorable and joyful. If you want to explore Kerala with reliable, warm, and truly exceptional people, this is the company to choose.
